The Original Flesh-All Miniflesher

Our original model is an air powered, hand held fleshing / shaving tool that allows the user to quickly and easily flesh and thin hides for taxidermy and tanning purposes. The Miniflesher uses a thin serrated blade rather than a fleshing type blade like the big circular fleshers.  Our blade works on the principal of a high speed tearing action rather than a sharp cutting action. The miniflesher is a variable speed unit, the blade guard is fully adjustable allowing a wide range of cutting depths.  The guard is very close to the blade allowing total control when fleshing around tender areas. The recommended air supply for the Miniflesher is an air compressor of 2 horse power or larger with a comparable sized tank.  Recommended running pressure ranges: 45 to 90 p.s.i.  The Miniflesher uses approximately 4 cubic feet per minute of air at 90 pounds of pressure to run at full speed. Each Miniflesher is constructed of heavy duty materials.  All units are hand assembled and each is visually inspected for quality and any flaws in workmanship.  100% assembled in the U.S.A.
